Wellness Sessions
As an herbalist, somatic practitioner, and life-long creative, I have found working one-on-one or in small groups supporting others in their creative confidence and well-being a favorite past-time. I am available as a body double or guide for creative time, talk sessions in-person or virtually, for outdoor wellness sessions, and more.
